White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

OMG!! This was sooo YUMMY! Made this for the first time last week - doubled Oreo cookie crumbs and used seedless raspberry spread as others suggested. Also wrapped my springform pan with foil and filled my cookie sheet with water. Baked 55 minutes and let cool with the oven door open for 30 minutes - turned out PERFECT! Tasted as good as it looked! I will definitely be making this again!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Very easy and tasty! Since it is just two of us I used 2 chicken breasts pounded, dipped in egg and then coated in plain bread crumbs. I did brown in butter/olive oil and baked for 20 minutes. I made the sauce for six servings. I sliced the breasts into rounds and poured the sauce over before serving. Definitely company worthy! Thank you for the recipe!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Even though I thought this was an unusual mix if ingredients I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious and different from the same boring salads. I have made this a couple of times now and this is a keeper.

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
