Crab and Shrimp Delight
Very very good! I added lots of garlic (2 heaping tablespoons minced). Also used 1/2 t black pepper, and skipped the hot sauce because I didn't have any on hand. Next time I think I will use less onions, maybe 1/2 cup and saute them first. This is a great company dish-very rich.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Really, really good! I made this twice so far...the first time I accidentally used only 1/2 of the butter and it was still good, though not as tender. It IS a little sweet; the second time I cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup. 24-25 minutes was long enough in the oven. Very was GONE in four hours.
