Crusty French Rolls

Thank you for this recipe...it is so easy! I substituted 1 cup of wheat flour to make it more healthy. I divided the dough into 6 for sandwich rolls and 4 for bread bowls (which were a big hit with my kids-I made the inside of the bread bowls into croutons, just olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and bake at 400 degrees until toasted). We will be making these again!

Upside-Down Pizza

My family loved this and it is so easy to make. I added recipe ingredients to reflect what my family enjoys on pizza (sausage, zucchini, peppers, onions, pepperoni, sliced garlic). It was delicious...we will be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!!

Oven Pancakes

This reminded us more of a huge popover than a pancake. My family really enjoyed it. I took the suggestion of other reviewers and added vanilla (1 tsp) and sugar (1 tbsp) to the batter. We will be making this again. Thank you for the recipe!

Picnic Chicken Pitas

These were a big hit with my family and they have been asking me to make them again. I used left over baked chicken from the night before and they didn't even know it!! I made the recipe just as it was written and it turned out tasting like something you would buy in a sandwich shop, not something you would prepare at home! Thank you so much for posting this recipe!

Mushroom, Cheese, and Haddock Bake

This recipe was a nice change from our usual baked fish. The only thing I plan to change next time is to cut down on the amount of shredded cheese since we felt the cheese masked too much of the haddock flavor. All in all this is a good recipe. Thank you for posting it.

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)

My daughter had to prepare a Spanish recipe for an end of year project and these cookies were a hit. We did cut down on the powdered sugar as was suggested in some of the other reviews but other than that we made them as the recipe was written. They were delicious and were a hit with her class. Her Spanish teacher even asked her to bring in additional copies of the recipe because all of the recipe cards she had brought in had been taken by students so they could make them at home. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

This rub really adds a lot of flavor to your roast to say nothing of the delicious smell coming from the oven as it bakes. I use this rub every time I make an eye round roast...I recently had three carpenters and two plumbers at my house when I made it and every one of them commented on how good it smelled in our kitchen...and my husband and kids thought it tasted great! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Stewed Cabbage

This recipe was very good and easy to make. I did use olive oil instead of butter and increased the garlic cloves to 4 just because of my families personal taste. I will be making this again in the future. Thank you for the recipe!
