Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2012
We only use this recipe when making meatloaf! It's great, very juicy and the ginger really adds a nice flavor - everyone asks what makes this so good and the ginger is it!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe is ALWAYS a hit at pot-lucks and gatherings. I serve it with crackers or small strips of celery and it's gone every time! Very easy preparation.

Jean's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2006
I made this soup for a friend who was sick. It was very hearty and colorful, a pick-me-up. I had to add a little more flavoring to it, was a little bland for my taste, but she loved it and so did my family!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2006
This recipe impressed me! I have always made peanut brittle on the stovetop and wasn't sure about 'cheating' in the microwave, but this turned out wonderful! I made 4 batches in less than an hour! I have a 1600 watt microwave and cooked it for 5.5 minutes then 3 minutes, and it turned out perfect, set up right away. Thank you!

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
These cookies were amazing! They were very quick and easy to prepare, and turned out beautifully. I did a cookie exchange with these cookies and they were GONE before any other cookie. Great for holiday cooking because of color/taste, will definitly make these again. Thank you!

Caramel Brownies II

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2006
I made the brownies in a 9x9 inch pan, so they were thicker. They turned out great! You definitly have to wait a few hours to cut them, but they are worth the wait! I will make this again and again!

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2006
This recipe was great! I used turkey keilbasa; I found this made the meat very juicy, much better than pan frying! I imagine this would be great for a potluck with 'lil smokies! We served it over rice; it made a great sweet sauce for the rice!
