Brown Rice Pudding
I wanted to make this because I was spending waaay too much on store-bought rice pudding to take in my lunch; this was amazing! I made it with one 12 oz can of evaporated milk instead of half & half, omitted the raisins and forgot the cinnamon, but it was AMAZING. Totally worth scrubbing the scorched bits off the bottom of my saucepan; I am never buying rice pudding again!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I made this exactly as listed and it was phenomenal. I could still smell the beer in the au jus, but I couldn't taste it. The leftovers lasted forever with just my husband and I. Great recipe.

Meat-Lover's Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce
This was good; I used a bit more sausage than it called for, so it was a bit more sausagey than I'd like, but that was my own fault. I'm also not a fan of big stewed tomato chunks; next time I'll probably substitute extra diced tomatoes for the stewed. Overall, very flavorful, and I liked knowing what went into my sauce. Leftovers made great lasagna
