This was very good, everyone thought I was a natural gourmet. I used Grey Poupon (my boyfriend went shopping as I would have bought something cheaper) and cut down to 2.5 TBS but I think the whole 3 would have been fine. When I first mixed it, I thought the mustard was, too, much and my boyfriend would not like it but it was excellent when it was done. I even used the extra sauce as dip. My salmon was about 1 and a half inch at its thickest point so I baked for 20 minutes and the topping and sides were done but the middle was not hot all the way through so I covered with foil to not over brown the topping and cooked another 6-8 minutes more. It was great. I used one and a half slices of Stroehmann King Bread and put it in the food processor. I will definitely make this again. My boyfriend loves salmon and eats at a number of restaurants and thought this was great. I served with some wilted spinach and white rice.
