This was great!!! I made a few changes, didn't have sun dried tomatos so I used a can of diced romas and chicken. Cooked the tomatos till juice was almost gone. My husband really liked it. I will serve this quite often.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

WOW!!!!! This was fantastic. I put it in the slow cooker about 9:00 p.m., when I woke up the next morning the aroma had filled the house. It was so hard to stay out of it. I cooked it about 18 hours. My husband loved it. This will be a something I fix quite often.

Sherry's German Turkey

This turkey was wonderful, very moist. It was the best turkey I have ever fixed. I did have to cut up the veggies, apple and orange so they would fit in the cavity. Again, it was terrific!!
