Smucker's® Snowball Cookies

Very easy to make. I really liked working with the dough. I made a batch with the white cake mix and walnuts, and made a batch with strawberry cake mix and almonds. Turned out great. Next time I'll try using chocolate cake mix.

Banana Oatmeal Crumb Cake

I followed other people's suggestions about incorporating some of the topping into the dough on the surface. Otherwise there would've been too much loose crumb topping. Good flavor combination - I loved using oatmeal with the banana.

Easy to make - I used frozen blueberries which I had picked at a farm last summer. I had enough blueberries to make this recipe three times during the year.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

The sauce is spectacular, and very easy to make. I will try it on other vegetables and probably on salmon fillets as well.
