I am a wife and mother. Love to cook, family loves to eat. I have been cooking since I was 14 years old. Our lives are very busy and I make time for delicious meals. I love to cook southern meals, Italian, Mexican, also barbeque and desserts. My favorite cooking traditions are cooking on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Birthdays and Sundays My triumphs are finally mastering making gravy of all kinds and biscuits from scratch. Experimenting with a recipe and understanding the elements and ingredients of cooking will make you a ninja in the kitchen. My tragedies are ingredients that I didn't measure exactly in a recipe which definitely ruined it.
