Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
I made this cake for Easter. The cake was edible with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, but alone it was hard to get passed the rich grainy mousse/very moist brownie texture. My family and guests said it was lacking the chocolate flavor and have kindly asked me not to make this again.
