Parmesan Chicken II

This chicken was awesome. My family loved it. I didn't use 2c of cheese as it calls for though. I put about a tbsp of milk with the egg. In the parmesan I mixed it with garlic salt with parsley. I will definitely keep this one. Just Awesome!!!

Apple Breakfast Bread

My husband loves this bread. It is dense and full of flavor. The apple is soft and yummy. I make this bread and he takes it to work all week...excellent recipe.

Spanish Rice II

This rice was great!! I did add chicken broth instead of water. I also added diced tomatoes and green chiles from a can. Added cumin and chili powder for an extra kick. It was the first rice that my husband actually liked off this site.

Pork Chops in Beer

My hubby loved this recipe and so did I. It smells like beer when its cooking but the taste is not like beer. I followed the recipe exactly but scaled it down to 4 chops. We will make this again.!!!

Pumpkin Pie Bread

This bread is so good. I altered a little. I used 1 1/2c brown sugar and 1c white sugar. I used 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 oil. I melted a little cream cheese icing and drizzled it on the bundt cake I made. It didn't last long. This is a keeper and great for gifts!!!

Italian Style Pork Chops

My husband and I really enjoyed these. I used club crackers and regular saltines. I didn't measure anything except the butter. I only put 2tbsp of butter and used about 1/3c olive oil for the rest. I had just enough for 4 chops. The smell is overpowering when you cook them but the taste is tamed. I will be keeping this recipe. Thanks.

Country Fried Chicken

I would have given this recipe more stars because the taste was delicious. But I had a problem with the cook time. It took forever to get the chicken to cook on the inside and by the time it was done the outside was too brown. I will make it again but I will have to figure out a way to not let it burn.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

I think the base of this recipe is ok but I need to make some changes next time. I didn't like the creaminess of it. I think next time I will reduce the soup and sour cream, increase the chicken and put tomatoes in it.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Maybe I did something wrong but I think I'll stick to my old recipe for meatloaf. I thought it was rather bland and the meat was greasy from the cheese. I even put 2 pieces of bread under it to catch the grease. I wouldn't recommend this and won't make it again.
