Southwestern Egg Rolls

Awesome! I halved the cheese and used whole wheat tortillas for nutrition factor, sprayed with Canola oil and baked at 475 15 min. Hubby went back for more- RARE and I did too- even MORE RARE! They were crunchy and perfect, dipped in just sour cream WOW! Thank you!

Ashley's African Peanut Soup

Not having chicken I used TVP crumbles and little red potatoes instead of sweet but the rest was unchanged. This was simply awesome! Just enough spicy, me & hubby couldn't get enough of it! Thanks so much for a delish dish!
