Italian Style Meatloaf I

I have to admit, I was not a big meatloaf fan... But, this sounded interesting so I went for it, and now I'm really glad I did. It was absolutely amazing! I will never look for another meatloaf recipe again. I only made a few modifications, because that is all I had on hand. I used half ground turkey breast with half ground italian sausage (I just took it out of the casings) and I used 1/4 cup Classico spicy tomato pesto because I didn't have ketchup. It had the most amazing flavor and I will definitely have to share this recipe with friends. Thanks for posting!!

Mozzarella Puffs

These were good but I made a few modifications. I added about 1 tsp. or so of garlic powder to the biscuit dough itself and put a light sprinkle of basil and parmesan on the top before I baked it. I used Barilla marinara sauce, but the first time I made it, it came out kind of soggy so I just kept it on the side for dipping. Overall, not bad though. Thanks for the idea. :)

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Great party or potluck recipe!!! (I even had a few people ask for the recipe!)With only a few modifications, this was a big hit at my work party. I burned it the first time I cooked it, I don't know if it was just my oven or what, but I had to reduce the time to about 8 1/2 or 9 minutes. I omitted only the green peppers since not everybody likes them and used about half of the green onions (We have some picky eaters), and I added carrots and chopped cucumber. Instead of sprinkling them on top I sliced all the veggies into thin strips and stirred it into the ranch/cream cheese mix before I spread it on the crust. I had some mix left over and just used it as a dip and it was sooo good. Thanks for sharing! This was so quick and easy...will definitely use again!

Honeyed Pork Chops

I thought these were soooooo good. I am not a huge ginger fan so I left that out, but even so they were amazing, and the taste just melts in your mouth. My sister is a picky eater and thought they were a bit sweet, so I may cut back a bit on the honey next time. Thanks for sharing!!! :):)

Guacamole

I have to admit, I was a little disappointed after reading all the wonderful reviews....It was just okay. Maybe I did something wrong. The taste of onion completely overpowered everything else, even after doctoring it I ended up just throwing it out. Maybe I might try it again, only next time with about a 1/4 of the onion. Thanks anyways.

Pecan Cheesecake

This was awesome!! I was looking for something a little different to make for a family get together, and this definitely was it. I couldn't find pecan liqueur ANYWHERE so I used Cask & Cream Caramel Temptation and used Emerald pecan pie flavored pecans crunched up in the crust and in the topping. Everyone devoured it. Thanks for posting!!

Baked Ziti IV

Hands down the best baked ziti recipe I've ever had!! I used a shredded mix of mozzarella and provolone cheese and substituted ricotta (just because I prefer it over cottage cheese) and added a little basil while sauteeing the onions. Everyone devoured this! (And they're picky eaters, believe me) I think the sauce would do good just served over spaghetti too, if you like...it's that good. :):):) Thanks for sharing!
