Spicy Chicken Breast Sandwich

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2007
This recipie is awesome! It's as close to perfect as it gets. Not too spicy, but with a definite kick, and you can taste all the flavors. I often mix with a quarter cup olive oil and a quarter cup lime juice for a quick and easy marinade for tacos or qrilled chicken.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

My kids adore this recipe. This has replaced macaroni and cheese as my seven-year-old's favorite side dish. Thanks!

Green Bean and Potato Casserole

It really did taste excellent, but it was too greasy and upset my stomach afterwards. I think next time I'll try half the cheese.

Spicy Chicken Breast Sandwich

I love this seasoning. I make it all the time now and have used it on chicken, beef, tilapia and salmon. All great. I also pan fry the chicken in equal parts butter and extra virgin olive oil. It gives the taste a richness.

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

Reviewed: May 18, 2006
Awesome!! My mom hates pork. She came in starving after a 12 hour shift in ICU, went right over to the pan and tasted it. Her response: what is this, it tastes great! When I told her, she could believe it, and she ate 3 tacos!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 18, 2006
These are THE most fabulous brownies I've ever tasted, but they certainly aren't the prettiest. I thought, I have to find a way to serve these in a way that they are as luscious looking as they taste. They are also very rich and some guests are turned off by that (not me!). The solution to both is serving a still warm 2" by 2" square with a small dab of sour cream in the corner and several thinly sliced strawberries fanned out across the piece. The strawberries cut down on the richness while mantaining the fantastic flavor, and the sour cream cuts down on the sweetness. I also love them with a scoop of vanilla on the side and a few strawberries in between. Awesome recipie!

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2005
This definitely my favorite muffin recipie now! I did make a few modifications though. Instead of a cup pumpkin, I use a whole 14 oz can, and I substitute cinnamon applesauce for the 1/2 cup oil. It tastes wonderful!!
