Zucchini and Pork Soup

This recipe is really good. I leave out the oyster sauce and usually sub italian sauage for the pork chop. Great tasting and healthy.

This was really easy and good. I did make a few small changes. I increased the water to 1 cup, used 2 bags of success boil in bag brown rice (without the bag),5 bun length polish sausages, 3 10oz cans of Rotel dices tomatoes with green chillies, and sauted the onion & green pepper with the polish sausage then drained. Came out great!!

I liked this recipe a lot. It was quick, simple, healthy and low calorie. I did cheat and use ground ginger, but that didn’t seem to matter.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

I’ve made this many times now and every time it turns out great. I’ve used all butter, all margarine, and a combination of both, always good. The only change I make is using 1.5 time the amount of topping called for.

Potato Sausage Stuffing

I found this recipe on the site a few years ago. I now have to make it every Thanksgiving and Christmas no matter where we eat. The prep time and cooking time takes a while, but it is soooo worth it.

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2007
I made this sauce last night. I cooked 1/2lb of chicken with 1/2lb of smoked sausage, threw 2c of steamed broccoli and tossed it all with mozzarella and herb stuffed tortellini. I did use margarine and half n half to cut back on fat and calories and it still turned out great!!
