Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
Made this for dinner tonight and my husband and I both loved it. We used 1 lb skirt steak and cut it into strips. I didn't brown the steak before putting it in the slow cooker. I put everything in the slow cooker except the onion, let that cook for 2.5 hours, then I put in the onions for another hour. It was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be having this again. We served it with brown rice and string beans. Thanks for sharing!

Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken
My husband and I made this last night for dinner, and we both absolutely loved it. We mixed together all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl (We actually used pineapple Jam instead of crushed pineapple), then browned the chicken in a deep pan with the butter. Once the chicken was browned on both sides we poured the sauce over it and let it cook on medium until the chicken was no longer pink and the sauce thickened. Served over rice, and it was delicious! Thanks for sharing!

Salsa Chicken Meatloaf
This was very easy to make and delicious! We omitted the jalapeno but used hot salsa, it was delicious and moist! Thanks for sharing!
