Lentil Soup
I followed others reviews and used 3 large carrots, 3 celery stalks, 26 oz diced tomatoes, 7 cups of home made chicken stock in place of water, balsamic vinegar,scaled down the olive oil, and added cumin and ground cayenne pepper, and with all my soups I splash a dry white wine in as well. I also pureed probably 1/2 of it and it blended all the flavors together! AMAZING. I am just adding a handful of frozen spinach to each bowl when I have it as to not get it all slimy. My five year old daughter is taking bites and saying "yum" with every bite. Then you know it's good!
