Zucchini Chocolate Orange Cake

This was an amazing cake!! Instead of using the orange juice glaze, I melted semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzled it over the cake. I then sprinkled orange zest on the chocolate - Perfect!!

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

I added one cup of chocolate chips as suggested by other reviewers. They were soft and more cake-like than cookie. Tasty way to use up zucchini.

This bread is the best!! As suggested by other review, I added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and exchanged 1/2 the sugar with brown sugar. I also added chocolate chips. The texture was great - soft inside and crusty on the outside.

Strawberry Bread

Delicious!!! I doubled the strawberries and cut down on the oil. Very easy to make and extremely easy to eat!! My husband and two young boys all loved it.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

This was amazing - so delicious and easy! I don't like spicy food so I was concerned about the chili powder. I followed the recipe to a T anyway and it was just right for me! I will definitely be making this again - a lot!

Sweet Potato Casserole I

This was AMAZING!! I left out the orange zest just because I didn't have an orange. Also, I only used about half of the topping - I'm going to try putting the rest of it on a frozen pumpkin pie. The only downside to this recipe is that I wanted to eat the whole dish at one sitting!!

Pumpkin Pie Bars

So easy to prepare and even easier to eat! I did as others suggested and used evaporated milk, other than that I didn't make any changes. Though, I also had to bake it about 10 minutes longer. Not too pumpkiny, which was a good thing!
