Crispy Orange Beef

Very good! I had to use lime juice in place of the rice wine vinegar. Doubled the sauce and it was lip smackin' good. My husband's friend said he liked it so much and wanted the recipe even though he doesn't cook. Maybe he was inspired ;)

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

This wrap is full of flavor! I went a little heavy on the blue cheese sauce which made it a little salty, my bad. The celery gives a nice & cold crunch.

Honey Mustard Chicken

This sauce is excellent! After cooking the chicken most of the sauce/marinade was gone. So I heated up another batch of sauce so we could spoon it over our rice. To cut down on fat I used boneless, skinless breast.

Simple and satisfying meal. I added a can of drained green beans. I think the recipe submitter wanted this to be seasoned however you like. I used salt, pepper and basil.

Shoepeg Corn Casserole

My taste buds were so happy with this! I sauteed the onion and celery prior to baking since we don't like crunchy onions. Then added some cracked black pepper. Went well with steak and salad. Very good.

I'm giving a 4 cuz it's good but not as good as with avocados. But I loved how the texture and color could fool most people into thinking it's the real thing. Great idea! Next time I need to stretch my avocados for a party I will just add avocado to this recipe.

Baked Egg Rolls

Crispy and delicious! I tasted the filling before rolling up the egg rolls and the flavor was great. Next time I think I will use fresh sprouts since they are more crisp. To get brown up we had to broil on all sides after baking.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

I'll give it a 5 since it's simple and good. I prefer scrambled eggs in fried rice over the strips. But I'm glad I tried that method. I always add garlic in with the onions and more soy sauce!

Chicken Rice Casserole

Pretty good. A little bland to me. I'm sure kids would love this! I only used about 2 T. of mayonnaise and made my cream of mushroom sauce from scratch out of a roux.
