Chocolate Pretzel Rings

These are some salty/sweet deliciousness! We made some recently to hand out at the hospital when our baby boy was born. We used white chocolate and blue m&ms.

Breakfast Casserole II

I've made this for Christmas breakfast the past 2 years. It's so easy to assemble the day before and bake in the morning. I omit the mushrooms and add more seasoning.

Chicken-Stuffed Shells with Sherry Sauce

Beautiful dish! This would be great for company. I only used button mushrooms. I couldn't find gruyere cheese so I used a 5 cheese Italian blend. The white cream sauce was heavenly.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Not sure what went wrong. I'm used to making cream based pasta sauce. This sauce is thin and runny. My cheese never melted into it.

Taco Pie

Of course this is good if you like tacos! I used only 1 cup of sour cream and that was plenty. It was so rich I can't imagine adding another cup. Also, don't forget to drain the beef before adding the taco seasoning. My family liked this so I will make again.

Italian Rice Balls

I recently saw Giada make something similar and am glad I found this recipe! Make sure you chill the rice mixture long enough or you will have a hard time making them into balls. I wish I had some chunks of cheese to add to the centers to make these balls even better! I put half of these in the freezer to fry up around the Holidays.

Taco Stuffed Shells

Fun and yummy dinner! I used Enchilada sauce since that just sounded better to me instead of salsa. I had enough filling to make 22 shells and froze half of them. Try it with some cilantro on top!

Slow Cooker Italian Sausage Subs

Found another favorite recipe here! I tweaked this just a tad. While browning the sausage I added the onions & peppers. Then deglazed the pan with a half cup beef broth. Then put it all in the slow cooker with the pasta sauce. The sauce was so good we had to keep dipping our sandwich and fries in it!

Fish Tacos

Sauce is excellent! I made it a couple hours before dinner so the flavors could come out. I'm sad to say I cheated and used beer battered frozen fish. But still delicious and made for a quick dinner.

Baked Pork Chops I

The flavor is great! But the crust does get soggy on the bottom after baking and fell off the meat before I could get it on the plate. For the gravy I deglazed the pan I used for the pork chops with the wine and then added the milk & cream of mushroom.

Chicken Pot Pie III

A delicious warm meal for Fall. You might want to season your chicken with your favorite spices to give more flavor. I diced up the chicken and browned it in olive oil with salt, pepper, garlic and basil instead of thyme. I thought the serving size was a little off. My family of 3 ate more than half of it.

I thought this was super tasty! My hubby didn't like the sauce but he doesn't like mayo so that was prob. why. I added wasabi and 1 T. soy sauce to the meat mixture.

Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes

I followed someone's advice to lightly fry the potatoes prior to baking. Then I added a dash of cumin and rosemary to the lemon sauce. Turned out tangy and delicious!
