Wild Rice and Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2013
Make this all the time but modify it to fit our families tastes; celery, more soy and sauteed fresh mushrooms. Something to note, all recipes that involve curry should be sauteed together with the onion to bring out the flavor. Lastly, I add cheese in the casserole and then top the casserole with cheese. Yum!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2013
It took me two batches to figure it out - I had to add a tablespoon of water to the mix as it was crumbly for me. I kept the rolled ball in my hand and then made the hole with chapstick tube. My hand kept it from being too crumbly and held the dough together. I did as suggested and chilled the dough before putting it in the oven. It really did stay puffed up and didn't flatten out. I used melted white chocolate for the drizzle over the cookies. Very tasty! I'd make again.

Haystacks II

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2013
Very easy and tasty. I found alternating the melted mixture and then noodles helped. It was easier to mix and made it evenly coated.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
Simple, easy, and delicious! Added 1/4 cup white chocolate chips to mine as well and sprinkled rock sugar on top. Used the suggestion to "grate" the butter into the recipe. What a fantastic idea! Worked perfect! Thank you for submitting this recipe!

Incredible Punch

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2006
Fantastic. I froze the punch in several freezer bags and then was able to "squish" the bags to make it into "slush" before putting in the soda. Very easy and little to no waiting. Used it for a party and everyone LOVED it. Will use this again and again.
