Baked Ziti I

I made this just as it's written except I used italian sausage in place of gr beef and halved it, cooking it in a square stone baking dish. Excellent! Even my picky 6 year old loved it! Thank you for a great recipe.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Wow! Everyone loved it. Like another reviewer, I ended up cutting the breasts in half after I pounded them out and "sandwiching" them together with the pesto and cheese. I then dipped them in italian seasoned bread crumbs and baked 35-40 minutes. They were juicy and delicious! Thank you for a great recipe...will definitely be on my recipe rotation.

Alienated Blueberry Muffins

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

These were great! I served them with Cinnamon Rice with Apples and green beans and it was one of my favorite meals ever! I had to bake them because it was too cold to grill successfully, but the flavor was great and they were very tender. I marinated them in some of the sauce for 60-90 minutes then basted them and served the remainder of the sauce on the side. Very sweet, but very good.

Cinnamon Rice with Apples

I loved this recipe! Since others had commented that the apples got mushy, I put them in with 10 minutes left in the cooktime. I also added a tablespoon of butter. I will definitely cook this again many times!

Original Nestle® Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

I always start with this recipe and make the following changes...my cookies always get lots of compliments. First, use half butter, half butter flavored crisco. Instead of nuts, I add 1/2C oats and increase the flour by 1/2C. This makes them sit up a lot better and adds some whole grain to them without anyone knowing!

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

WOW! These were amazing...I made them last night and my family begged me to make them again today. Definitely a new family tradition. I used mini chocolate chips in place of currants and added about a 1/2 t of vanilla. Yummy!
