Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
These turned out to be really good! The only changes I made was to add 3 cups oats and let the dough chill in the frig overnight. I scooped it outwith a small ice cream scoop and set them on the cookie sheets. Baked 15 min at 375. They came out with crip edges and soft in the centers, not hard and dry like oatmeal cookies tend to be. I"ll be making them this way again.

Hawaiian Dessert
My Aunt used to make this cake 30 some years ago. She used 1 box of Jiffy yellow cake made according to pkg, then topped that by mixing together 1 pkg vanilla pudding mixed with 4 oz. cream cheese and 1 1/2 c. milk. After spreading the mix she topped that with 8 oz. Cool Whip and sprinkled mixed nuts on top. Very Very easy and refreshing for a hot summer day.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I'm a cake decorator and have been using this recipe for a couple of years when asked to do a chocolate chip cake. Everyone raves about it. I prefer to make cakes from scratch, but this recipe is fantastic in a pinch. Doesn't taste like a boxed cake at all. It is a dense cake and holds up well. I use 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and it turns out moist having a nice chocolaty taste. My son-in-law who hates cake requests this one from me. He calls it the Otis Spunkmeyer cake.
