4 1/2 stars with a little change. The dough was initially very stiff & dry to work with. I added an extra egg & they turned out wonderfully manageable for cutouts & can be rolled out thicker to great result if you like a softer cookie. The taste is very rich! I didn't have time to chill them longer than 2 hours although that much probably isn't even necessary. I'll definitely use this recipe again.
