Key West Chicken

My husband and I thought that this was bland. The marinade smelled good but once it came off the grill there was not much flavor. In stead of marinade I would suggest infusing it.

Pork, Apple, and Ginger Stir-Fry with Hoisin Sauce

My husband and Son really like it, I thought that it had too much ginger (I chopped it but did not measure it...maybe that is why). I did not used broccoli because it is not our favorite veggie so I used carrots instead. I will fix again though.

Barbecued Beef Cubes or Hamburger

I used stew meat for this dish only because I could not get stir fry meat. My family liked this dish but I found it a little too sweet. I will fix again but will find a way to lesson the sweetness.

Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce

This was not as good as I hoping it would be. I used center cut pork chops instead of the thick cut chops. Here a few changes that I will make next time: Cut the apple juice down to 1 cup and slice the apples instead of dice. By the time I pulled the dish out of the oven the flavor was good but the apples and sauce were not there. An option would be to pan fry the chops and then fix the sauce and serve over them. I will try again but will fix a little different.

This recipe was AWESOME! I can't get skirt steak so I purchased Flank Steak and I don't care too much for sage so I used garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. I will fix this dish.

This was OK. I thought that the sauce would add more flavor but it didn't. Maybe if the shrimp and the scallops were marinated first.

As much as I wanted to like this I didn't. I let the broth cook down for 20 minutes but then there was not enough to make the gravy. I was disappointed.

This was good but not great. I liked the list of ingredients but just did not have a lot of flavor. Maybe if you opened the packet and let the drum legs brown up a little bit it would have been OK.

You could a lot with this recipe. However because are mixing two ingredients that are hot you do not need to bake it for 30 minutes, 10 min at best. You could use just about any meat in this rice dish.

Banana Nut Bread III

My Husband really like this bread. I am not a big fan of Banana nut Bread but I made it for him. The only thing that I changed was: I used Egg Beaters instead of real eggs. I was a little worried about the extra liquid but I just baked the bread for the full amount of time and it turned out GREAT.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

This dish was very good. I took the suggestion from an other review and used Cod instead of Talapia. I liked the tangy bite that the dressing gave the dish. I will fix this one again.

Prawn Pasta

I am going to give this 3 stars right now but that may change once I fix it again but only a littl differently. I had to do some research on what Hard Dry Cider and I found out is something like an apple wine, the "Hard" is a way of saying that it is an alcoholic drink so since I did not have any of that I used a dry white wine and did not change the amount. This is what I will do different next time...use a different wine and cut down the amount, cook the pasta only 7 minutes and then add the shrimp and let it cook. Reason why is because the pasta was over cooked at 15 minutes and the extra cooking time for the shrimp just added to the over cooking. My husband like it so I will fix it again with these changes. Thanks

Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

This recipe had lots of potential but my family did not care for it. We found it bland even with the garlic and the basil. It needed a light cream sauce of some kind. Not sure that I would try it again.

Gnocchi Bake

I was courious about this recipe and the Gnocchi. Unfortunatly I not too impressed with it. The Sausage and sauce were good along with the cheese but I think I will stick with pasta nuggets to the same out come. The Gnocchi was gummy and did not have a lot of flavor.

Cantonese Dinner

I have fixed this dish twice. The first time I drained the mushrooms and the dish came out dry. The second time I did not drain the can and it added just enough liquid to it. The dish has a great flavor and will more than likely fix it again.
