Naan
This is a fantastic recipe. As with others' suggestions, I added 1/4 tsp. baking soda and rolled the bread out very thin. I was too lazy to fire up the grill at -40 degrees (Canada), so I pan fried in a non stick pan . Lightly brushed both sides of the naan with ghee butter . Turned out fantastic! Thanks for the recipe. I will never buy store bought naan again!
