About this Cook
I am tired of cooking the same old stuff so I love to experiment with new recipes!
My cooking triumphs
Chicken Tikka Masala and naan. I was pleasantly surprised with myself.

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer
Delicious!!! And super easy. I mean so easy it's ridiculous. I jazzed up the kraut a little with some brown sugar and Dijon mustard. I also threw in some brats with the kielbasa and everything came out great.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
THis was really good. I usually stay away from crock pot recipes that have you brown/cook a component first but this was really no trouble. I took the advice of others and used mushroom soup instead of the chicken and I have no complaints! Everyone loved it and I think I'll make it again soon.

Cabbage Rolls II
Easy and yummy. It's like meatloaf in a cabbage! I also doubled the sauce and made extras. Is it wrong that I had the leftovers for breakfast this morning?
