Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Delicious! Will definitely be making this again. Used 1/2 the cheese and cheddar instead of Parmesan (because that's all I had) and it was still amazing!

Pineapple and Basil Sorbet

I was skeptical, but it's an AMAZINGLY TASTY combo! I had an extra mango in the fridge so I threw that in as well, and I actually left out the sugar per others' recommendations. Perfect!
