Honeyed Pork Chops
This recipe didn't turn out properly for me. I followed the instructions to a tee and my pork ended up tasting more like french onion soup than like something asian inspired:( And the 1 hour cooking time was WAY off..... my dish cooked at the proper temp and was done in 20 minutes!!! Thank goodness for meat thermometers cuz if I hadn't set mine while the meat cooked, and had set it to the specified time instead, my pork would have been WAY over done! I had high hopes for this recipe, because of the simple ingredients and easy instructions.... I think I will try this again but make a few modifications to make it less salty and oniony!
