This recipe was amazing!!!! I followed the recipe as written all but one minor detail. We had no spinach or any leafy green to put in the pan so I used the tomatoes and zucchini pieces. It turned out wonderfully! I have never made such an easy dish that packed so much flavour! I served the chicken with a side of lemon roasted potatoes, but I think it would be just as tasty with rice OR pasta on the side! Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe! It's a keeper at my house for sure!

This recipe didn't turn out properly for me. I followed the instructions to a tee and my pork ended up tasting more like french onion soup than like something asian inspired:( And the 1 hour cooking time was WAY off..... my dish cooked at the proper temp and was done in 20 minutes!!! Thank goodness for meat thermometers cuz if I hadn't set mine while the meat cooked, and had set it to the specified time instead, my pork would have been WAY over done! I had high hopes for this recipe, because of the simple ingredients and easy instructions.... I think I will try this again but make a few modifications to make it less salty and oniony!

This is a delicious recipe!! I took some of the suggestions from other users on here and made a couple changes as well. I did 1 3/4 cups of flour, I used 2 and 1/2 bananas and instead of walnuts I added Skor bits. Gave the same little crunch that a nut would, but adds an extra layer of flavour to an already awesome recipe! Another thought... if u don't want to compete with the peanut butter/banana flavour in the bread, why not substitute crushed peanuts for the walnuts?!!:)
