Pineapple Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 22, 2004
I did not like this cookie and will not make them again. I love pineapples, raisins and nuts and could not wait to try this recipe. I was disappointed. The pineapples didn't seem to blend well with cinnamon and left the cookies tasting a bit bland to me. Also it is not a sweet cookie. I make some with coconut instead of raisins and some with the raisins. I didn't like them either way. The previous two ratings were 5 stars, just goes to show that we all have different tastes.

Apple Cole Slaw

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2003
This Cole Slaw is so good. My family and I don't care for bell pepper and onions in our slaw, so I left them out and it was still scrumptious. Here is a little tip I heard about from a chef on the cable food network. As you know all veggies have quite a bit of water so if you but the cabbage in a colander and sprinkle a little salt over it. It will remove the excess water from the cabbage. This process takes about 30 minutes to an hour but it gives you a very crisp cabbage and the slaw is not watery.

Baked Pineapple II

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2001
This is definitely a bread pudding and so good. My husband and I ate half of it at one meal. Since I like bread puddings that are fluffy I added one more egg.
