The chicken in this recipe came out very good and tender. I used the amount conversion for 4 servings and instead of 2/3 cup butter, i used 2/3 cup 2% milk with 1 capful of vinegar, per one of the user reviews. I also used 1 beaten egg to help the breadcrumbs stick. I had a bit of difficulty having the breadcrumbs "stick" nicely, but it did work out. I baked for 15 minutes, flipped the pieces then broiled for 5 minutes and it was cooked perfectly and mildly crispy. I felt there was a bit too much salt for my taste, but I would definitely make this recipe again.
