Best Ever Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2006
I really liked this meatloaf recipe. I used 2 lbs of meat, a little extra tomato juice, and added 2 chopped jalapeno peppers to give it a little kick. Fantastic!

Sweet and Sour Salad

Fantastic Salad even without the ramen noodles and walnuts. Now, we are just using the dressing for all our garden salads. We love it!

No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
These are fantastic!! I am giving these 5 stars, however, I did make some changes. I didn't have wheat germ so I used 1 scoop (2 T.) of hemp powder. Also, used honey instead of apple juice concentrate. I've made peanut butter balls before and these sure beat the other ones to pieces. I like the difference of putting coconut, oats, and cinnamon in them. I make a double batch, freeze them on a plate, then transfer them to a ziplock bag and store in freezer.

BBQ Chili Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
Oh yeah! This is good! I used approximately 2 cups of some cooked turkey instead of the ground turkey. Also, I used a homemade bbq sauce from a barbeque chicken recipe that I got from this site. I definitely suggest that anyone try it. It's delicious! You shouldn't be disappointed!

Delicious! Didn't mash the carrots, just diced and cooked them. This is a great dish! I'll keep making it!

This was great!!!! I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Otherwise, made it as it says and people just ate it up! Terrific lasagna recipe! Thanks!

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2006
Fantastic! Very simple to make. I used venison, added a little onion, and reduced the black pepper to 1/4 tsp. I loved it! Thanks for a quick and easy recipe!

Easy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2005
I think these are the BEST oatmeal cookies I've ever had! A few alterations....whole wheat flour, 2 tsp. of cinnamon instead of 1, extra virgin olive oil, and of course 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. pure stevia powder (I love to cut back on the sugar always). My kids love these cookies. I've been making these over and over since I've found this recipe. Thank you!

Granny's Corn Flour Tortillas

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2005
Fantastic! Great taste! Used whole wheat flour instead of white. It wasn't working for me to press them out between wax paper like I usually do with my tortilla press for another recipe I use, so I used 2 pieces of a ziplock bag (cut apart). Then, it worked beautifully! I'll make 'em again! Simple! Thanks for the recipe!
