Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Not bad. I didn't use the cayenne b/c I usually don't like it and being pregnant, I didn't want to take the chance. I added the grilled chicken as well. I had no problem with the consistency, but I used regular fat sour cream. I will make again, but use more spice, without the cayenne it needed a little something to zip it up.

Greek Pasta Salad I

Fantastic. I omitted the mushrooms due to personal distaste....... The herb vinagrette is so simple and delicious. I made this salad twice in one week.

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Brought this to a party and got mixed reviews. My husband thought it was just "okay". One of my close friends asked for the recipe. Will make again but with more hot sauce (used 4 dashes this time)and an extra clove of garlic for an additional kick.

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

I made this for a small dinner gathering. I thought it was good, but not great. If I made this again, I would add additional asiago. It is one of my favorite cheeses and I thought the flavor of the asiago was lost in this dish.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Sooo good. I sliced the chicken before seasoning and substitued bowtie pasta for the linguine. Made a fabulous one skillet meal.

Chicken Wing Dip

Made this New Years Eve. Liked the fact this recipe uses Ranch instead of blue cheese. The cream cheese was a bit much, though. I will definitely use this recipe again, but maybe cut down on the cream cheese.

Cocktail Meatballs

Jerky Lover's Jerky - Sweet, Hot and Spicy!

My husband used venison instead of beef. It turned out great, although I didn't read the instructions thoroughly and mixed together all the ingredients listed. I didn't cook the marinade in a saucepan either. I just put everything in a big ziploc and let the meat soak overnight. My family and his family all thought it's the best jerky recipe we've found.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Love this chicken. I cook it for 3 hours, breast down, covered. Then for 1 hour uncovered, breast down. The final hour, I turn the chicken breast side up and cook uncovered. It comes out juicy, browned and sticky. Awesome.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Absolutely great chicken. After reading reviews, I also decided to use a crock pot to cook the chicken, to avoid smoke in the kitchen. I think next time I'll remove chicken from crock pot and cook last half hour in oven to brown.
