Great recipe! I had turkey leftovers so I used them instead of the chicken, and also tried it with lentils, tasted very good also, thanks!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2012
These were soft and delicious! Just made some little changes: I used only 1 cup of brown sugar(omitted the white sugar) and replaced the eggs with 1 pureed banana.

Tortilla Ham Pinwheels

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
Very easy!! I also added diced red pepper and grated cheese. If you are going to make them for a summer aoutdoor party try mix the filling with 2-3 unflavored gelatin to keep them firm.

Great recipe!! The only things I changed were cooking the apples with a bit of sugar for 3 minutes before adding the crumble and using oil instead of butter, turned out yummy!
