I made it the way it called for and I thought the flavor was really great. However, for me this was a little too thick, in my opinion. So, this time I did add more of the half and half after trying it first. But like I said, I loved the flavor.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

I just got done making this and it was really easy and the flavor was wonderful. I did heed the warning about the parsley so only used enough to lightly dust the top of the soup. I used a hot hungarian paprika, so I didn't use the pepper or the salt. It came out perfect.

Cheese Herb Bread

In the past week, I have made this bread 3 times because everyone just loves it and requests this bread. I did brush the top with melted garlic butter when it came out of the oven and it just pushed the flavor and scent sensation over the top.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

This is wonderful! I made 2 loaves of bread and a dozen rolls. For the rolls, I baked them for 12 minutes. This is definately one that I will make often.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Rich Chocolate Frosting

This is so easy and fast to make and everyone loves it. Very adaptable for any minor changes you want to make. Today, instead of the vanilla, I substituted 2 tbsp of amaretto and made only half the recipe for a special birthday cake and it is so delicious.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Excellent cream cheese frosting. This last time I made half the recipe but added more sugar than required and used it to pipe lettering on a cake. This is better than store bought with no after taste.

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

Irish Soda Bread I

This is such an easy recipe to do at the last minute when you want a home baked bread. My son, who hates cakes, is always asking for this bread. Recently he suggested cinnamon to be added and it was delicious.

Rye Beer Bread

Portuguese Chicken I

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

I'm not much of a Macaroni and Cheese eater, but I thought I would try this recipe. It was great. But I did use Sargento's 4 Cheese Mexican blend cheese instead of cheddar. I will be making this weekly.
