Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Absolutely delicious. I new there had to be a way to make scrambled eggs better. Bravo.

First time I made this exactly as directed. It was very good with a distinct lemon flavor. I made it again today. I doubled the marinade recipe and added a TBS. of soy sauce and about 5 or 6 dashes of liquid smoke. This turned out phenomenal. It tasted exactly like steak. Weird. Also, I did marinade for almost 24 hours.

Ham 'n' Noodle Toss

I actually liked this. Hame is not my forte so I think Kielbasa might be a better meat choice. This dish is very filling. Thanks for the idea and recipe.
