Thanksgiving Corn Pudding

I used a slow cooker with this recipe. I put everything into the slowcooker (leaving out the sauce) and let it cook on low for about 5-6 hours. Then I added the "sauce" and let it cook for another hour. It came out pretty yummy, but it was quite bland to me before I added the sauce. O. and in case it's not obvious - use clarified butter (it'll look better, not like an oily mess).

Easy Corn Pudding

Not my gramma's corn pudding, but it's a yummy alternative! I added 2 eggs,1 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and used margarine (had no butter). Took exactly 30 minutes. Was soo easy. I liiiiiike it. Added Note: The first time I made it w/out the corn juice and it was the consistency of pound cake (although tasty). The second time I made it, I did leave the corn juices - MUCH BETTER MUCH BETTER (almost like grammas :-))

Fruit, Veggie, and Tuna Salad Wrap

Not bad at all, but I definitely wouldn't go out and buy these ingredients just so that I could make this recipe. Personally, I would add more blueberries and tuna. I also found that 2.5 cups of spinach was enough. Good recipe to keep in the archives though.

Wonderful Meatloaf

I've served this about 3 times in the past month to different groups. Everybody loves it. I'm the meatloaf queen now :-). I used some salt and pepper to season the meat. I also add 1 egg per lb of meat. And lastly, I add some shredded cheddar cheese the center right before rolling up/shaping the loaf. It's a great and unique recipe.

Cornbread Stuffing Southern Style

I tried to make this recipe vegan. Don't do it. Find another recipe. It was a mistake to use Hodgson Mills cornbread mix with flaxseed/water and so delicious yogurt. That cornbread started out less desirable. Then it was a big mistake to add 2 tsp of salt AND 2.5 cups of veggie broth. The result was edible, but a bit salty and not tasting anything like the stuffing i made 2 years prior when I wasn't a veg*n. Giving it three stars because it might have tasted good if I didn't change it.

Vegan Mac and No Cheese

Not bad taste wise, but certainly did not taste anything close to real mac and cheese. The worst part is how expensive it was to make. For the price, I'd like it to taste MUCH better.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This recipe WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO CUSS!! It is the best chicken I've ever tasted. My gosh, my guests raved about it too. The ingredients were expensive but the making was easy and the flavor was mmm oh so good and worth it.

Strawberry Lemon Trifle

I'm not sure what I did wrong because I did follow the recipe exactly as it is stated. However, my pudding came out soupy and stayed that way. My trifle although it tasted fairly good, looked very unappetizing. I will probably not make this again.

Coconut-Apple Cobbler

This was my first cobbler. It was certainly very easy. It tasted yummy too. However, I'm just wondering if something other than biscuits could have used. Anybody's varition on this ingredient would be helpful because I do plan to make it again in the future. Thanks!

One Pot Tuna Casserole

Can be pretty bland if you don't hook it up with seasoning. I used the No Yolks Egg Noodles and TWO cans of Tuna. I also tried some salt, pepper, and garlic powder as suggested by other reviewers, but nothing topped the taste of this dis with a dabble or so of worchestire sauce and a generous amount of wasabi powder. This was easy to make and now that I've perfected the recipe to my liking, I'll use it again and again!

Seven Layer Dip I

This was great! I used taco sauce instead of salsa and followed the tip to melt the cheese on the meat a little. I also didn't use any olives. Guests loved it. One note though, is that it is best served freshly made before the event.

Does not look appetizing at all, but the taste is AWESOME. I will definitely make this again, and I do recommend you try it. I didnt use sesame oil or the chipotle peppers and it was still perfect.

Banana Pudding IV

definitely a keeper, but I liked the taste even better before I added the whipped cream. Maybe next time I will put whipped cream only on the top. It looked great...tasted great too.

Wasabi Mayo Salmon

Looks great and is definitely moist. Probably the moistest salmon I've ever made but VERY GREASY. I'd make it again though but with more wasabi sauce. I don't taste anything spicy.

Curry-Coconut Shrimp

Very Tasty Sauce. It was quick & easy outside of the fact that I had to squeeze my own coconut milk (no grocery shopping). I used parsley instead of cilantro (again no leaving the house) and added a bit more sugar in the end...as a matter of fact I added a bit more of all of the ingredients, but the concotion is great. Season it to your liking.
