Wanted to make something with my leftover ham from New Year's day and didn't want to have to go out to the store..it's freezing here! Turned out to be a delicious choice. I always try to make as directed and had everything. I threw in a cup of Tex Mex already grated cheese as I was feeling lazy..but felt guilty and for the rest decided to add grated cheddar as stated.

Lori's Spicy Chipotle Lasagna

Outstanding!!....my neighbor just left with the last piece. Luckily I made 2 pans because there were nothing but raves all through dinner. I never change recipes here until I have made it once as written. Only thing was..I could only make 2 layers but I used the specified amount in the 2 layers and it was all good in the end. This is expensive to make (cheese is very expensive where I live) but absolutely professional quality and worthy of any dinner party

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Made this last night for friends....it is as good as others say. Wow! Carmelized the onions, added cooked bacon and red pepper as others suggested. As good or better as the high-end pizza places make.

Country White Bread

My 22 yr. old son, who rarely likes my cooking, raved about this bread. I'm making it again this morning. Didn't change anything except I probably needed a bit more flour than called for. It was still moist 2 days later.

Southern Pulled Pork

Super Seven Spinach Salad

I made this up because I had most of the ingredients on hand and had only remebered the dinner a few hours before. I had never heard of a Fuji apple either. There were raves at the dinner party. All the flavours and colours were terrific.
