Waffles I

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2010
Excellent, nice and fluffy. If you like them crisp heat the oven slightly and put them in straight on the rack or on a cooling rack in the oven. They keep their crispness that way so the whole family can eat together.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
I used 1 lb of my regular "Jay's Pizza Crust" which I then divided. I used around 1/3 of it for the bottom of the 9x13 pan (it was VERY thin). I then layered pepperoni (half of 3.5 oz pkg), chicken (frozen, shredded - about 3 big handfuls), enough slices of monterey jack cheese to cover the meat and diced "italian" tomatoes in there sauce. I then topped with the remaining crust. Yum, yum, yummity, yum. Should make two if we have more then just the 4 of us.

Belle's Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2010
Perfect for sandwiches. Worked very well for Portabella mushroom burgers. Would make again. Make them larger, instead of making 12 I would make 6.

French Toast Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
Used a little less sugar (3/4 c) because we were having it along with cinnamon rolls and doubled the blueberries. It was great.

Yum yum yum!! Used 1/2 butter 1/2 shortening and about doubled the chocolate chips. Used rolled oats and no walnuts and they were wonderful. Better then my normal recipe. Need to add wheat germ and flax next time.

I would add a bit more sugar and cook it in a cast iron. An excellent sweet cornbread.

Grilled Marinated Swordfish

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
We all liked except for my recently picky 3yo. Didn't change anything except I don't have poultry seasoning so I just used oregano. I won't look for a different recipe until this one gets boring.

Delicious!! I also made a crumb topping with 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 c flour, and a bit of cinnamon and enough batter (~2 TBSP) to make it crumbly. I also added almost a cup more zuke. Wonderful!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
It was very good. I tried it with both tilipia and salmon and it was delicious on both. I used the leftover (only a little bit) to dip artichoke in - and it was awesome. I did follow other reviewers and added some bread crumbs to help the dressing slip.
