Ron's Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: May 3, 2014
This was quite tasty! I cut back the oil to 1/4 cup, as unfortunately it was too cold to grill so I panfried them. I would definitely make this again but try it on skewers

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2014
I added a fourth egg and approximately 1/4 cup of skim milk gradually to make the mixture more moist, and cut the sugar. They are currently in the oven but they smell good!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
I thought these were really good. I followed other reviewers' advice and only baked for 9 min. I did make some substitutions: - used 1 cup margarine - used 1 cup flour + 1/2 cup whole wheat flour - used Epicure Selections Chinese 5 Spice in place of cloves - used half of the two sugars it called for Still made a moist, delicious and not too sweet cookie at 104 calories a piece!

Chicken and Mushroom Dijon

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I didn't think it was that great. I didn't think the dijon mustard worked at all. (And I enjoy dijon mustard!) I would not make this again

Hummus III

For a first time hummus maker, this was pretty easy. I made sure to add cumin to it, and it was pretty good. Definitely will make this again.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2007
This is probably the best curry I've had in a long long long LONG time. My alterations are: 1/4 cup curry powder - I love the taste! 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits I used a whole can of coconut milk because I didn't have yogurt. I also added about 1/4 cup low fat sour cream to make it a bit creamier. I served it on Jasmine rice. All I can say is that this is amazing!! If I could rate it 100 stars, I would.

Garlic Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2007
This was really good. I omitted the pork and added mushrooms and green peppers. Tasted even better the next day. I served this with 15-Minute Marinated Chicken

15-Minute Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2007
I thought this was a fantastic marinade. MY boyfriend and I love it, and we're having it for our anniversary dinner tonight. Anyways, I cooked it for 30 minutes at 375F in a tinfoil pouch, and it tasted wonderful. Really easy!
