Best Peach Cobbler Ever
I have made this many times over the past few years & everytime it's a hit. It is so easy to put together and I never have any complaints. It's the perfect thing to make when I have to bring dessert to a potluck (easy to keep ingredients on hand in pantry) changes to recipe required!

Gramma Brown's Corn Chowder
This soup was very good, although I did use some of the suggestions made by other members (hence, four stars). I substituted bacon grease for the margarine, used frozen corn instead of canned and made a roux instead of a flour paste. I also used a can of evaporated milk & about 1/2 cup of cream (substitute for milk). In addition, I added some shredded chicken breast meat. (Didn't notice until I got home from the store that I purchased canned sweet corn instead of creamed corn, so I made my own creamed corn using canned corn & then added it to the soup.) It was tasty!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I made this for a friend that is sick & her family. I had never made Chicken Pot Pie before. I will make it now! I am rating this 4 stars, even though I did modify the recipe becuase it was super easy and I already had the ingredients (except for pie crusts). Seasoned the chicken & cooked the chiken/veg in stock with a low-sodium bullion cube & added 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning and 1/2 garlic powder. Used the stock/bullion w/ the milk to make the gravy. So good & my friend & her family are so happy!
