My cooking triumphs
I am a novice in many regards and really dont worry about impressing anyone. My family distant and close like my cooking. I cooked the best turkey that I have ever done last year. It was a fifteen pounder. I cooked it at 500 degrees hollow for 20 minutes. I then reduced the heat to 250 times 4.5 hours. It was the most unbelievable turkey I have ever made to date. It was an electric oven. Family said to stick with this forever :)
My cooking tragedies
I once made flan. It was the most beautiful consistency and appearance. Unfortunately I made it with "equal" and it was tasteless. My husband and I laughed so hard! I also tend to burn chocolate chip cookies. I like them crispy.
