Stir-Fried Shrimp with Snow Peas and Ginger

This was so good. I also doubled the sauce, which was defiantly the way to go if you are serving it over some rice. I also doubled the garlic and ginger because I love both of those flavors. This was an awesome recipe. Thanks.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

I really liked this!!! I used panko bread crumbs and it tasted great with them. The only thing I would do next time is marinade it in the wet mixture for a little while to really get all the flavor into the salmon.

Honey Grilled Shrimp

This was such a great recipe. We marinated some red and orange peppers, onions, and asparagus in the same dressing and grilled also. We just ate it as is, but next time I may throw it over some rice or couscous.
