Super easy and very yummy. My family loved it. I had to triple the recipe. I added extra red pepper (we like it super spicy) This recipe is a definite keeper!

Overnight Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
This is a great base recipe. I added dill, garlic, pepper, salt & tarragon. It turned out very tasty. I doubled the recipe and there was very little left. Hubby and son ate it up! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
Just finished eating this very yummy corned beef and cabbage. I wish I would have bought a larger cut of corned beef now. It's almost gone and I was really looking forward to the leftovers! So good!

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
Very, very yummy! My husband really liked these a lot! Very easy to make too. I used real butter instead of margarine. One reviewer said that they were watery. I used a ladle and scooped out some water and set it aside before I drained the carrots. I melted the butter and added the brown sugar and stirred until the sugar dissolved. I added a little water at a time until it was just the right consistentcy. I added the carrots and coated them with the syrupy sauce. Excellent results!

Chocolate Banana Cake

Very good, but I agree with the other reviewers that you should follow the directions on the back of the box. My husband and son really enjoyed this cake. It only lasted about 24 hours!

Zucchini Spice Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
One of my co-workers gave me a gigantic zucchini. I was going to make zucchini bread with it, that's until I saw this recipe! The only change I made to the recipe was to reduce the sugar to 1 cup white and 1 cup brown. It was plenty sweet enough. I think I'll leave out the ground cloves next time (personal choice). All in all, the cake does deserve 5 stars. It's very moist and tasty!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
This was pretty darn good. I would have rated it 5 stars but I did have to add some things. I also added garlic and onion powder and doubled all other spices except for the salt. My family said that I definitely should make this again. Thanks!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
We absolutely enjoyed this recipe! My 23 year old son isn't very fond of chicken and normally asks if he can fix something else when I prepare chicken. He has enjoyed almost every chicken recipe I have made from this wonderful website....much to his surprise. I served this with some pasta and marinara sauce. OUT OF THIS WORLD GARLICKY GOODNESS!

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
Let me start by saying that I do not usually eat steak. I normally don't like it at all. The men in my family love steak so I decided to cook this for them. I have to say, it smelled so good after I put the garlic butter on it, I had to try a piece. I am hooked! Very tasty! We ALL enjoyed it. Definitely a keeper!

This is an excellent salad. I used candied pecans instead of the walnuts. I added avocado and red onion to it as well. This salad is very addicting!

Elegant Lemon Pork Chop Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2009
I have looked at this recipe numerous times. I wasn't sure I would like it or not because of the vinegar. I took one of the reviewers suggestions and used cider vinegar instead of the white vinegar. I salt and peppered the chops and lightly browned them. I removed the chops from the skillet and with the pan drippings still in the skillet I added the ketchup, vinegar and some water mixed with a little cornstarch. I returned the chops to the skillet and sprinkled the brown sugar on each of the chops. I then topped each chop with a slice of onion and a slice of lemon. I love lemon and onion so I added extra of each. I brought it to a slow boil, covered the skillet, reduced the heat and simmered it for about 45 minutes. They were extremely moist and flavorful. It is delicious served over rice with the sauce. I am so glad that I tried this recipe. Yummy!

Cajun Style Blackened Snapper

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
Really good recipe. Always, always cook this type of Cajun food outside. When you buy Cajun seasoning at the store, there is usually a warning on it about the smoke that will come from it while it is cooking. The smoke can be harmful to your health as well as to any pet birds in your home.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
Very, very good recipe. My family really enjoyed this a lot! I used unsalted butter to cut down on the amount of salt. Other than that, I prepared the recipe as written. My son had the leftover salmon for lunch and he said it was still very moist and delicious. Thank you for submitting this recipe. YUM!

Well, I was really hoping that my family would like this. Two out of four liked it. I thought it was good, not great. It seems to be missing something, just not sure what it is. My family has asked ne not to make this again. Sorry I couldn't give this recipe a better review. :(
