Blueberry Coffee Cake I

easy recipe but i always some difficulty with the streussel topping, maybe i do something wrong, a part of it sank a little bit. Hope to get it right next time. The flavor of the cake was amazing, a little similar to muffin dough.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

easy to make, great taste. I changed nothing on the recipe and it came out just fine. I made sure i used everything at room temperature. This was my first time at making pancakes and the results were great. Very tasty

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Very nice recipe. I didn't have mushrooms so i used red onions and red bell pepper instead. I marinated the chicken for a few hours with half lemon juice , salt and pepper. Afterwards i followed the recipe as it is. Maybe next time I will used more broth and balsamic vinegar to more sauce. I was surprised with the taste, it was very tasty with mashed potatoes

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

The cake turned out well but I would use a smaller baking pan because the cake was kind of thin. I had to cut it in two and i placed one part on top of the other. The cake is a little dense, but it is necessary in order for it not to crumble when the liquid is added. I was not impressed with the cake once i took it out of the pan. Once i poured the milk mixture ( having poked the cake with a fork all around earlier) i placed it in the fridge. After a few hours i added the whipped topping and strawberries. I served it to a couple of friends and they were impressed. After I tried i was impressed myself, the taste was wonderful and it had just the right amount of liquid. Somebody even asked me if i bought it at the store. Even though the cake was cut in half , noboby even noticed...after the liquid was added it was impossible to tell. I got a small rectangular slightly tall cake but the flavor was perfect.

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

I had never done a baked potato before. It was very easy. I simply followed the directions exactly as they are. I used parmesan cheese instead and added some bacon bits in the end, in the last 15 minutes. I ate them with grilled steaks.Wonderful wonderful wonderful
