Simple Swiss Chard
I'm making this for the 3rd time tonight. We've really enjoyed the intense flavor of the balsamic vingear. It's a great way to use the abundance of rainbow swiss chard we've received in our weekly share from our community farm.

Chili Bean Dip
I found this recipe because I needed a way to use up light cream cheese. I used 12 oz. of light cream cheese and a 15 oz of Hormel turkey chili + 1/2 c. regular cheddar cheese and baked it in the oven with the chicken wings. As a "lighter" version it was quite tastey. I would have added chives and taco seasoning if I had it to give it a little more zip. If you happen to have leftovers it makes a great topping for baked potatoes too.

Vegetable Pizza II
I'm so glad this recipe was posted. I loved this at picnics growing up in the Midwest and had been looking for a recipe. To make it a little healthier I used light sour cream, light Miracle Whip, and light cream cheese and the spread was still rich! I will try fat-free sour cream next time. Also the ingredients were rather expensive where I live. Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the 2 packages of cresent roll dough?
