Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
The bisquits never quick cooked after a few hours and just made for a doughy, heavy, creamy, inedible mess. I will stick to making dumplings the old fashioned way.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Really really good. I threw the uncooked chicken in the crock pot and after about 6 hours, took it out and shredded it. I used a can of green chile enchilada sauce instead of red, I prefer the flavor of green. I also added a diced jalepeno for added spice then garnished with sour cream and cilantro to cool it off, very good

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
Being a novice bread baker, even with a machine, I was nervous I would bake this into a brick. I did not change the recipe at all (I live above 6000 ft, I did watch it diligently though) and it was perfect bread! I have gained some bread confidence, thanks.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
Great recipe! I did not use the bread maker and made the dough by hand. I mixed the yeast (1 7gram package) with the warm milk until dissolved, then added sugar, salt, eggs and margarine. Then mix in flour and knead until a dough ball, using flour on my hands to form. I then put dough in bowl, covered with a damp towel and put in oven at 150 for a hour, douogh was about twice the size. I also suggest flipping the rolls onto wax paper after they come out of the oven, let the yumminess coat the other side. I used a little bit more cream cheese for frosting to cut the sweetness a bit, about 1 once more. Very good recipe, will make again.

Authentic Thai Coconut Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
This is my new favorite soup that I make! I did not use any meat and extra mushrooms and used one can of light coconut milk. I used ginger instead of galangal, but everything else per recipe, which gives it the amazing flavor. I am not done with my batch and already want to make more! I also garnished with fresh cilantro, yum!

Cream of Artichoke Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
Delish! I omitted the cheese and used about 1/2 of the cream, to make it more healthy and it still was amazing. I also used frozen artichokes and they worked fine. I will totally make this again and so will many people who I shared the soup and recipe with.
