Yum! I wanted a chewy double chocolate cookie, so I added 3/4 cup of cocoa, as well as a little under a cup of cranberries. Very tasty! Also a hint if you like your chocolate to be a bit more chunky, buy chocolate wafers, like the ones used for melting chocolate, and dice them up yourself(freezing them before chopping makes it much easier). It's more rustic, and exactly what I was craving. I also used soft margerine instead of butter, put them in the fridge for half an hour, and they puffed right up..no flattening!
