Polish Sausage with Red Cabbage

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
Made this vegan with veggie sausage and margarine. The cabbage was AWESOME! It would be a perfect side dish without the meat too. Totally worth it to take the time cooking it.

Pasta With Tuna Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2007
Pretty yummy, cheap, and easy to make. Not spectacular but I'll probably make it again. The only change I did to the recipe was add 1/2 a bunch of parsley instead of the one tablespoon.

I was looking up recipes so I could use up my fennel seeds and found this. It was pretty tasty and something I'd try again. I think next time I will marinate the pork for more flavour.

Pretty. Easy. Healthy. I only had one jalapeno pepper and that was SPICY enough for my mouth. Made a good lunch. Nothing spectacular but definitely tasty.

YUM. Easy easy easy. And yeah the nutmeg is a great touch. Instead of onion powder I sauteed a garlic clove in the pan before adding the rest of the stuff.

Yummy comfort food that I will definitely make again. I skipped the bread crumb step and just mixed cheese into the lentil and rice. Nice warm lunch on cold days. Great with Pickapeppa sauce/Tabasco!

Pretty good. I subbed swiss chard and skipped the wilting step. Just let it steam when the lentils were finished cooking. Also added the spices to the lentils.

Cheesy Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
If i make this recipe again, I will make sure that the onion is completely carmelized before layering and baking. I also added a can of black beans, extra chili, and a tb of turmeric cause it is one of the top spices on the planet. srsly wikipedia it.
