Jamaican Beans and Rice Dish

I pre cooked the Beans and then simmered an entire can of coconut oil with the other ingredients plus 2 cups water. Decent flavour and crazy spicy thanks to the habanero pepper I used. Pretty easy to make. Might make it again... might not.

Peanut Noodles

Cheesy Beans and Rice

If i make this recipe again, I will make sure that the onion is completely carmelized before layering and baking. I also added a can of black beans, extra chili, and a tb of turmeric cause it is one of the top spices on the planet. srsly wikipedia it.

Polish Sausage with Red Cabbage

Made this vegan with veggie sausage and margarine. The cabbage was AWESOME! It would be a perfect side dish without the meat too. Totally worth it to take the time cooking it.

Fresh Tomato Sauce

Good basic sauce. I made a few changes. Was out of white wine so just used Appleton rum. Used one red pepper and one green instead of 2 greens. Added a tsp of basil. One onion not three. Yikes. I liked it but I think if I made it next time I would saute the onions and garlic first.

Yum. I made this with 2 kinds of choclates as previously suggested. I always burn cookies but needed some holiday goodies. Easy peasy and yummy in tummy. K enough rhyming. Time to eat.

Pretty good. I used real ginger and threw it in the cavity instead of powdered. If you don't like 5 spice anything don't make this.

Moroccan Lentil Salad

Pretty. Easy. Healthy. I only had one jalapeno pepper and that was SPICY enough for my mouth. Made a good lunch. Nothing spectacular but definitely tasty.
